Invite Links

Purpose

Use Invite links to add people to an organization without manual user-by-user setup.

When to use it

Create an invite link when you want to onboard a new teammate with a specific membership role.

Prerequisites

  • You have organization admin access.

Steps

  1. Open the organization management page.
  2. Create an invite link.
  3. Choose the membership role the invite should grant.
  4. Optionally set:
    • expiration
    • max uses
    • allowed email domain
  5. Share the invite link with the recipient.
  6. Track acceptances from the organization management page.
  7. Disable the link when it should no longer be used.

Expected result

You have a controlled onboarding path for new organization members.

What to know

  • Invite links can be masked or hidden when inactive.
  • Domain restrictions can block signups from the wrong email domain.
  • Expired, disabled, or fully used links stop accepting new members.
